2. No Professional Representation
Leaders may not represent themselves as therapists, counselors, legal professionals, or official representatives of The Identity Club LLC unless expressly authorized.


3. Brand Usage
Identity Club branding, resources, and materials may not be modified, resold, or used commercially without permission.


4. Safety & Conduct
Leaders agree to:

  • Promote respectful discussion

  • Avoid manipulation or coercion

  • Avoid exploitative financial practices

  • Follow applicable laws

  • Remove harmful or inappropriate behavior when possible

5. Independent Participation
Identity Clubs are independently operated community groups.
The Identity Club LLC is not responsible for:

  • Leader actions

  • Member behavior

Event Participation Waiver
